Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available for bookings cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service time.

2. Refund Processing Time

Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after approval. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the booking.

3. Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be provided for services that have been partially completed or for extenuating circumstances.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

The following situations are not eligible for refunds:

  • No-show appointments
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service
  • Services that have been completed
  • Customer dissatisfaction due to personal preferences not related to service quality

  3. Explain the reason for the refund request
